How to Add a Pop-Up to Your Site

1️⃣ Create a New Pop-Up

  1. Go to your site’s Pages section.
  2. Click the Popups tab.
  3. Click + New Popup and choose a popup type.
  4. Name your popup and click + Add Popup.


2️⃣ Activate Your Pop-Up

Unlike regular pages, pop-ups don’t appear automatically. They must be triggered in one of two ways:
✔ Link to it manually – Add a button, image, or text link to trigger the pop-up.
✔ Use a personalization rule – Set conditions for when the pop-up appears (e.g., after 10 seconds, when a user scrolls, or when they’re about to leave).


3️⃣ Customize Your Pop-Up

💡 Add text, images, buttons, and forms just like you would on a regular page.
📏 Resize by dragging the bottom right corner.
⚙ Adjust settings like timing, display conditions, and frequency.


4️⃣ Make Sure Visitors Can Close It

By default, every pop-up has an X button to close it, but you can also add a “Close Popup” link to any button or text inside the pop-up (such as a “No Thanks” button).
